We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

 

3. Bookings and Appointments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email.

  • A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

  • Once an engineer or tradesperson arrives on-site, they will assess the job and provide an estimated timeframe to complete the work.

  • Larger projects may require a separate written quotation.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Our standard rates and special hour rates are published on our website.

  • A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking.

  • The balance must be paid upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).

  • If we must supply parts or materials, the cost of these will be added to your invoice along with any applicable handling charges.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the service.

  • If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged in full for the first hour of service.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking a service.

  • Ensure safe access to the property and working environment.

  • Obtain any necessary permissions, consents, or permits for work to be carried out.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services if access is restricted or conditions are unsafe.

 

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse of property, fixtures, or appliances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

 

8. Warranties

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. Certain works may carry specific guarantees, which will be explained to you where applicable.

 

9. Intellectual Property
